Saundra Foe
Vice President of Trust Operations
Saundra has over 35 years of extensive experience
with securities processing, brokerage services and trade processing.
She started with First Interstate Bank of Denver where she worked
for 24 years. Most recently, she was at AMG Guaranty Trust where
she managed their trust operations department for 10 years. She has
sound organizational skills and prides herself in staff development
and training.

Fran Mathews
Vice President of Trust Operations
Fran graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor
of Education. Early in her career she taught high school math and science. Later, Fran
worked as a technical writer for a large Canadian Company. After moving to the U.S. Fran
was employed by a large insurance company and then moved into the technical field. Her
background is a great asset at TSS in reconciling the various databases and system feeds.
She has developed several automated spreadsheets to facilitate in the process of reconciling
data and is currently working with our programmers to automate this process completely.

Carrie Miller-Jones
Vice President of Trust Operations
Carrie joined TSS in March, 2008. Carrie is a graduate of the ABA National Graduate Trust School
in Evanston, Illinois and earned CSOP certification from the Institute of Certified Bankers. She has
over 25 years of Trust experience and manages the securities, income and tax processing areas of
operations.
